A Dozen Ways to Relax

1.  Listen to classical music.

2.  Sing or play an instrument.

3.  Nap.

4.  Play a game.  I suggest 3 to 13

5.  Exercise (walk, yoga, ice skate — my favorites)

6.  Meet a friend for coffee.

7.  Do a puzzle.

8.  Pray.

9.  Watch a movie.

10.  Play with your pet.

11.  Read a novel.

12.  Write down things you are grateful for.

If you regularly set aside time to relax, your blood pressure will improve.
