A Dozen Ways to Achieve Ecstasy with Some Days at the Beach

  1. Seeing the sunrise over the ocean reminding you there is a God who loves  you very much.
  2. Watching the waves continuously pounding one after another washing away any nagging thoughts on your mind.
  3. Flying a kite allowing your soul to rise on the wind yet tethered to earth by a string.
  4. Relaxing on the beach watching the world walk by making you grateful you have your own body and not someone else’s.
  5. Building memories with loved ones at an outdoor bar while washing down chips and salsa with a margarita.
  6. Walking the beach in front of fabulous two and three story vacation homes, scheming of owning one until the dream bursts into reality.
  7. Admiring young people skim surfing in the waves wishing you could do that.
  8. Following the flights of the seagulls and pelicans plus the antics of the sandpipers amidst the surf, bringing delight.
  9. Constantly searching for the perfect shell, a distraction too strong to resist.
  10. Shopping at a quaint tourist shop and finding a must-have, unique candle.
  11. Savoring seafood and wine at a fine restaurant with pier seating and live music; the ultimate imbibing.
  12. Walking home on the dark beach with Jupiter overhead, Mars above the horizon and only the moonlight to guide you as the tide encroaches on your path.
